SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT COVID-19:

We are still open, however we have had to make a few changes to how we operate due to suppliers, postal services and for the safety of our staff.

Whilst we do our best to get all orders made and sent out as early as possible, at this current time we will be reducing our dispatch days to one day a week for the safety of our team. 

Customers outside of the UK should expect a delay in receiving orders. Due to a reduced number of airmail flights globally, we are having to suspend our estimated delivery time for international customers. As the services are constantly changing we cannot give you an estimated delivery time. 

Please click here to check if your country is marked 'on suspension'. If we are unable to send to you, we will cancel your order and give you a full refund. 

Whilst most orders are being delivered to the UK within our estimated delivery time, Royal Mail are currently working with a reduced work force. Therefor, there is a possibility your order could be delayed by an extra 10 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide.

   

How long will my order take to arrive once dispatched?

UK orders are sent via 48Hr service via Royal Mail and will take 2 working days from dispatch.

International orders are sent via international standard tracked & signed for with Royal Mail and can take 5-7 working days from dispatch. However this can vary depending on holidays, postal disturbances and customs clearing.

 

Can you do custom orders?

Yes we can create custom orders, please contact us via our contact form or email us at magicaldayapparel@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

What’s your refund policy?

If you are unhappy with your order we are able to refund you up to 14 days after your order has arrived. We do not accept returns or refunds for Mystery Boxes unless there is a faulty item. Please see our refund policy here or email us at magicaldayapparel@gmail.com with your name, order number and reason for refund.

 

The price is changing, why is that?

We are based in the UK but our site is set up to recognise your location and show our products in your currency, so you don't have to work out the exchange rate yourself.  Small fluctuations in prices are due to the daily changes in the exchange rate.
